League of Legends clip maker
On this page
ClipFlame turns League of Legends gameplay into Shorts, Reels and TikToks. Upload a recording or paste a Twitch or Kick VOD link, choose Gaming, and it finds the moments worth posting: the pentakill, the Baron steal, the 1v2 outplay, the tilt after a thrown game. Each clip comes out 9:16 with your facecam on top and word-by-word captions.
A League game is 30 minutes of farming and rotating around a few team fights. Streams run hours on top of that, often with as much talking as playing. ClipFlame finds the fights that went somewhere and the talk that's worth hearing.
What it clips in League of Legends
- Kills: pentakills, quadras, and solo kills in lane.
- Steals: Baron, Dragon and Herald steals, and the smite fights over them.
- Outplays: escapes on 50 HP, flash plays, turret dives that work.
- Team fights: the engage that wins the game, or the one that throws it.
- Throws and tilt: the reaction to a lost lead, and the chat that followed.
- Coaching and takes: a clear explanation of a play or a matchup, for educational Shorts.
Shouting and sudden noise show up as loudness spikes, and the AI looks at frames around each spike to see what happened.
How to clip League of Legends
- Record, stream, or use a replay. The League client keeps replays of recent games: open the match in your history, watch the replay and record it with OBS. Or record live with OBS, NVIDIA's Instant Replay, AMD ReLive or Medal.
- Upload or paste the link into ClipFlame and choose Gaming.
- Review the clips, sorted by virality score. Fix champion and player names in the captions, then download or schedule them.
Layout for League clips
Your facecam goes on top and the middle of the screen below, where your champion usually is. The minimap (bottom right) and scoreboard (top) fall outside the crop. No facecam? The middle of the gameplay fills the width.
Common questions
Will it spell champion names right?
Mostly, since names come through in speech. Fix any that come out wrong in the caption editor and re-render the clip.
